At Symflory, we offer convenient subscription plans to ensure you never run out of your favorite supplements. This Subscription Policy outlines the terms and conditions for subscriptions purchased from symflory.com.

1. Subscription Plans

We offer flexible subscription options for our products, allowing you to receive your supplements on a regular schedule (e.g., monthly or quarterly). When you subscribe, you authorize Symflory to automatically charge your payment method at the frequency selected.

1.1 Subscription Options

  • Monthly Subscription: Receive your products every 30 days.
  • Quarterly Subscription: Receive your products every 90 days.

The subscription price will be the price at the time you signed up unless otherwise notified of price changes.

2. Billing and Payment

When you enroll in a subscription plan, you agree to recurring charges that are automatically billed according to your selected frequency.

  • Billing Date: Your payment method will be charged on the date you sign up and will automatically recur on the same date each month or quarter thereafter.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal for subscription billing.

  • Failed Payment: If a payment fails, we will notify you via email. You are responsible for updating your payment information, and we will attempt to process the payment again within a few days. If the payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or canceled.

3. Modifications to Subscription

You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on symflory.com or contacting our customer service team at help@symflory.com.

  • Pause Subscription: You may pause your subscription for a period of time and resume it when convenient.

  • Change Delivery Frequency: You can adjust the frequency of your subscription (e.g., switch from monthly to quarterly) through your account.

  • Change Products: You can change the products included in your subscription if you want to try different supplements.

  • Cancel Subscription: To cancel your subscription, simply log in to your account and manage your subscriptions or contact us at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Subscription orders will be shipped according to the same delivery methods and times as standard purchases. Shipping costs for each order will apply unless otherwise stated (e.g., free shipping promotions).

  • Free Shipping: If your subscription qualifies for free shipping (e.g., total order over £60), shipping fees will be waived.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds: Subscription charges are non-refundable once an order has been processed. If you need to cancel or modify your subscription, please do so 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation will only apply to future orders. Orders that have already been processed cannot be refunded.

6. Price Changes

Symflory reserves the right to change subscription pricing. If there is a price change, we will notify you in advance via email. You will have the option to accept the new price or cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
